🛒 *Ingredients:*
➤ 250 g paneer (cubed) 🧀
➤ 2 bunches spinach (palak) 🥬
➤ 1 onion (finely chopped) 🧅
➤ 2 tomatoes (chopped) 🍅
➤ 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 🧄
➤ 2 green chillies 🌶️
➤ 2 tbsp oil or ghee 🧈
➤ ½ tsp cumin seeds 🌱
➤ ½ tsp turmeric powder 🌼
➤ 1 tsp coriander powder 🌿
➤ ½ tsp garam masala ✨
➤ 2 tbsp fresh cream (optional) 🥛
➤ Salt to taste 🧂
👩🍳 *Method:*
1️⃣ Blanch the spinach in hot water for 2–3 minutes, then transfer it to cold water. Blend it with green chillies into a smooth puree. 🥬
2️⃣ Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Sauté the onion until golden, then add the ginger-garlic paste. 🌱🧄
3️⃣ Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and the masala is well cooked. 🍅
4️⃣ Pour in the spinach puree and cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 🍲
5️⃣ Add the paneer cubes and garam masala. Mix gently and cook for another 3–4 minutes. 🧀
6️⃣ Stir in the fresh cream for a richer taste, if using. Mix well. 🥛
7️⃣ Serve hot with naan, roti, paratha, or jeera rice. 😍🍽️
