🥣✨ *Delicious Sabudana Khichdi!* 

🛒 *Ingredients* 
➤ 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls, soaked for 4-5 hours)
➤ 2 boiled potatoes (cubed)
➤ 2 tbsp peanuts (roasted & crushed)
➤ 1 green chili (chopped)
➤ 1 tsp cumin seeds
➤ 8-10 curry leaves
➤ Salt to taste
➤ 1 tsp sugar (optional)
➤ 1 tbsp lemon juice
➤ 2 tbsp ghee/oil
➤ Fresh coriander (chopped)

👩‍🍳 *Steps* 
 *Step 1:* Heat ghee/oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and green chili.

 *Step 2:* Add boiled potato cubes and sauté for 2 minutes.

 *Step 3* : Add soaked sabudana, salt, sugar, and crushed peanuts. Mix gently.

 *Step 4:* Cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes until the sabudana turns transparent.

 *Step 5:* Add lemon juice and fresh coriander. Mix well.
