Save this post for your next celebration! Here are 6 incredible ways to make Gulab Jamun at home:

🍯 1. Classic Khoya Jamun
Ingredients: 200g soft khoya, 2 tbsp maida, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1.5 cups sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tsp rose water, 1/2 tsp cardamom, ghee for frying.
Method: Mix khoya, maida, and baking powder into a smooth dough. Shape into small balls. Fry in ghee on low heat until golden brown. Prepare a syrup by boiling sugar, water, rose water, and cardamom. Soak the fried balls in the warm syrup for 2 hours.

🍞 2. Bread Gulab Jamun
Ingredients: 6 slices white bread, 1/4 cup milk (60ml), 1 cup sugar (200g), 1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, oil for frying, chopped pistachios for garnish.
Method: Remove bread crusts and crumble the slices. Gradually add milk to form a soft dough. Shape into balls and fry in oil until golden. Soak in a sugar syrup made with water and cardamom. Garnish with pistachios.

🥛 3. Milk Powder Jamun
Ingredients: 1 cup milk powder (120g), 1/4 cup maida (30g), 1 tbsp ghee, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, a few strands of saffron.
Method: Combine milk powder, maida, baking soda, and ghee. Add milk slowly to make a dough. Fry the balls until dark golden. Soak in a sugar syrup infused with saffron for that royal touch.

🖤 4. Kala Jamun

🍠 5. Sweet Potato Jamun
Ingredients: 1 cup boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/4 cup maida, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp rose essence, oil for frying.

🧀 6. Paneer Gulab Jamun
Ingredients: 200g crumbled paneer, 2 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp semolina (suji), 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, ghee for frying.
