🍛 *One-Pot Veg Pulao – Quick, Fragrant & Wholesome*
A light, flavourful rice dish packed with veggies — ready in under 20 minutes! 🍚🌿
🧾 Ingredients:
➡️ 1 cup basmati rice (soaked 15 mins)
➡️ 1 tbsp oil or ghee
➡️ 1 tsp cumin seeds
➡️ 1 bay leaf, 1 small cinnamon stick
➡️ 1 chopped onion
➡️ ½ cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)
➡️ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
➡️ Salt & garam masala to taste
➡️ 2 cups water
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, bay leaf & cinnamon.
2️⃣ Add onion & sauté till golden.
3️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste & sauté 1 min.
4️⃣ Add chopped veggies & cook for 2–3 mins.
5️⃣ Add soaked rice, spices & water. Mix gently.
6️⃣ Cover & cook on low flame till water is absorbed.
7️⃣ Fluff with a fork & serve hot with curd or raita! 😍🍛
