🥣 *Oats Masala Chilla – Healthy & Filling Breakfast*
A nutritious, fibre-rich chilla made with oats and veggies — perfect for a light yet satisfying morning meal!
🧾 *Ingredients:*
➡️ 1 cup oats (powdered)
➡️ ¼ cup curd
➡️ ½ cup water (as needed)
➡️ 2 tbsp chopped onion
➡️ 2 tbsp grated carrot
➡️ 1 tbsp chopped capsicum
➡️ 1 green chilli, chopped
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ ½ tsp red chilli powder
➡️ Oil to cook
🔥 *How to Make:*
1. Mix oats powder, curd & water to form a smooth batter.
2. Add onion, carrot, capsicum, chilli, salt & chilli powder.
3. Heat a pan and pour a ladle of batter.
4. Spread it into a chilla and cook with a few drops of oil.
5. Flip and toast both sides until golden.
