🍛 *Aloo Chana Masala*
🍴 *Serves:* 2-3
⏱️ *Cooking Time:* 30 minutes
📝 *Ingredients*
➡️ 1 cup Boiled Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana)
➡️ 2 medium Potatoes – peeled & cubed
➡️ 1 Onion – finely chopped
➡️ 2 Tomatoes – pureed
➡️ 1 Green Chili – chopped
➡️ 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
➡️ 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
➡️ 1 tsp Coriander Powder
➡️ ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
➡️ 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
➡️ 1 tsp Garam Masala
➡️ Salt – to taste
➡️ 2 tbsp Oil
➡️ Fresh Coriander – for garnish
➡️ 1½ cups Water
👩🍳 *Instructions*
👉 *Step 1:* Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
👉 *Step 2:* Add onions and sauté till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili.
👉 *Step 3:* Add tomato puree, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Cook till oil separates.
👉 *Step 4:* Add potatoes and cook for 5-6 mins. Add boiled chana and mix well.
👉 *Step 5:* Pour in water, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes till potatoes are soft.
👉 *Step 6:* Add garam masala, mix, and garnish with coriander.
👉 *Step 7:* Serve hot with puri, roti, or rice.
