This Sweet Potato Chaat is a nutritious, tangy, and guilt-free snack that’s rich in fiber and antioxidants. It’s a perfect alternative to fried snacks — ideal for weight-watchers and evening cravings!

🛒 *Ingredients:* 
2 medium sweet potatoes (boiled & peeled)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (chopped)
1 green chili (finely chopped)
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Optional: pomegranate seeds for garnish

🔪 *Instructions:* 
1. Cut boiled sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes.

2. In a mixing bowl, add sweet potatoes, onion, tomato, and green chili.

3. Sprinkle salt, cumin powder, and chaat masala.
