๐Ÿ”ฅ *Instructions:* 
 *1. Prep the Pav:* 
Slice the pav horizontally but don't cut all the way through.
Apply butter on both inner sides and lightly toast on a tawa until golden.

 *2. Apply Chutney:* 
Spread green chutney generously on both sides of the toasted pav.

 *3. Layer the Veggies:* 

Place 2–3 slices each of potato, cucumber, tomato, and onion.
Sprinkle chaat masala on top for that zing!

 *4. Add Cheese (Optional):* 
You can place a cheese slice or sprinkle grated cheese over the veggies.

 *5. Final Toast (Optional):* 
If you want it hot and crispy, press it in a sandwich toaster or cook on a tawa with butter on both sides.

 *6. Serve:* 
Cut in half, top with nylon sev if you like, and serve hot with ketchup or more chutney.
