👩‍🍳 *Method:* 

 *1. Sauté Veggies* 
In a pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, onions and sauté till translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and veggies. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

 *2. Add Spices & Oats* 
Add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Stir in oats and mix well.

 *3. Cook* 
Add water. Let it cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes till oats soften and it reaches porridge consistency.

 *4. Finish & Serve* 
Garnish with coriander. Add lemon juice for tang. Serve warm!
