👩‍🍳 Instructions:
🔸 *Step 1: Prepare the Koftas* 

1. Mix paneer, boiled potato, cornflour, salt, and garam masala.
2. Make small balls. Stuff with 1 raisin each (optional) and shape them nicely.
3. Deep-fry or shallow-fry the koftas on medium flame till golden. Set aside on tissue paper.

🔸 *Step 2: Prepare the Gravy* 

1. Heat oil/butter. Add chopped onions and sauté till golden.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste. Cook for a minute.
3. Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and soaked cashew paste.
5. Add salt, sugar, cream, and water/milk. Mix well and simmer for 5–7 mins.

🔸 *Step 3: Assemble* 
Just before serving, add fried koftas to the hot gravy.
Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
