1. Mix paneer, boiled potato, cornflour, salt, and garam masala.
2. Make small balls. Stuff with 1 raisin each (optional) and shape them nicely.
3. Deep-fry or shallow-fry the koftas on medium flame till golden. Set aside on tissue paper.
