🥘 *Bhindi fry*
Required Ingredients:-
- Bhindi 250g(washed, dried, and cut into thin rounds /strips)
- Onion 🧅 1(sliced, optional)
- Green chilies 1–2 (slit/chopped)
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chili powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Amchur (dry mango powder) – ½ tsp (optional)
- Salt 🧂 to taste
- Oil 2–3 tbsp

🍳 Method-->
✓Wash and dry the bhindi completely (no moisture = less sliminess).
Cut into thin rounds/ strips as you prefer.
✓Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds.Add green chilies and sliced onions (if using). Sauté until onions turn soft.
✓Add bhindi
Cook well,stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
✓Once the stickiness reduces, add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Mix gently &sauté till bhindi turns golden and crispy.
✓Add amchur powder (optional) and give a final stir.
