1.5 cups water
1 tbsp oil or butter
Maggi tastemaker (from the packet)

1 small onion – chopped
1 small tomato – chopped
1/4 cup capsicum – chopped
1/4 cup carrots – finely chopped
1/4 cup green peas (boiled or frozen)
1 green chili – finely chopped (optional)
Fresh coriander – for garnish

1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt – as needed (optional, tastemaker already has salt)
