🍅 *Spicy Paneer Bhurji Recipe*
A quick and delicious North Indian dish made with crumbled paneer, onions, tomatoes, and aromatic spices. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
🛒 *Ingredients (Serves 2-3)*
➡️ 200g fresh paneer (cottage cheese)
➡️ 1 tbsp oil or ghee
➡️ 1 medium onion – finely chopped
➡️ 1 medium tomato – finely chopped
➡️ 1 green chili – finely chopped
➡️ ½ tsp turmeric powder
➡️ ½ tsp red chili powder
➡️ ½ tsp garam masala
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves – chopped
📝 *Instructions*
➡️ *Prep the Paneer:* Crumble or grate the paneer and keep aside.
➡️ *Sauté Onions & Chilies:* Heat oil/ghee in a pan, add chopped onions & green chili, cook until onions turn light golden.
➡️ *Add Tomatoes & Spices:* Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, cook until tomatoes soften and oil separates.
➡️ *Mix in the Paneer:* Add crumbled paneer, mix well, and cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame.
➡️ *Finish & Serve:* Sprinkle garam masala & coriander leaves, serve hot with roti, paratha, or bread.
