🍛 *Butter Paneer Fried Rice* 🍚🥢
Love paneer AND fried rice? Let’s mix buttery richness with wok-tossed flavor in this easy fusion recipe!
🛒 *Ingredients*
➡️ *Main Ingredients:*
- 1 cup cooked rice (preferably cold)
- 100g paneer (cubed)
- 1 tbsp butter + 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 capsicum (chopped)
- 1 small tomato (puréed)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp fresh cream (optional)
➡️ *Spices & Sauces:*
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander or spring onion to garnish
👩🍳 *Instructions*
1. *Fry Paneer:*
In butter + oil, shallow-fry paneer cubes till golden. Set aside.
2. *Sauté Veggies:*
In same pan, sauté onions & capsicum for 2 mins. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes.
3. *Make Masala:*
Add tomato purée, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala. Cook till oil separates.
4. *Add Rice & Sauces:*
Toss in rice, soy sauce, salt. Mix well. Add fried paneer and cream if using.
5. *Garnish & Serve:*
Top with coriander or spring onions. Serve hot!
