🥞 *Paneer Masala Dosa Recipe*  

A crispy South Indian crepe stuffed with spicy paneer filling—perfect for breakfast or anytime snack!

🛒 *Ingredients (Serves 2-3)*  
➡️ 4-5 dosa batter (ready-made or homemade)  
➡️ 200g paneer (crumbled)  
➡️ 1 tbsp oil  
➡️ 1 medium onion – finely chopped  
➡️ 1 green chili – finely chopped  
➡️ 1 tsp mustard seeds  
➡️ 1 tsp chana dal (optional)  
➡️ ½ tsp turmeric powder  
➡️ 1 tsp red chili powder  
➡️ 1 tsp garam masala  
➡️ Salt to taste  
➡️ 2 tbsp coriander leaves – chopped  
➡️ Juice of ½ lemon  

📝 *Instructions*  
➡️ *Prepare the Filling:* Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and chana dal; let them splutter.  
➡️ *Sauté Veggies:* Add onions and green chili, sauté until translucent.  
➡️ *Spice it up:* Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.  
➡️ *Add Paneer:* Stir in crumbled paneer, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix and keep aside.  
➡️ *Make the Dosa:* Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of dosa batter, spread thin and cook until crisp.  
➡️ *Assemble:* Place paneer masala filling on one half of the dosa, fold it over. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.  

💡 *Tip:* Add finely chopped capsicum or tomatoes to the filling for extra flavor.
