🌰 *Pani Puri Recipe – Quick & Crispy!*
🧆 *For Puris:*
1/2 cup sooji
1 tbsp maida
Pinch of salt, warm water (for dough)
Rest 30 mins, roll thin, cut small circles
Deep fry till golden & crisp
🌿 *For Pani:*
Blend: 1 cup mint, 1/2 cup coriander, 1 tbsp tamarind pulp, 1-inch ginger, 2 green chilies
Add: 3-4 cups cold water, black salt, roasted jeera, boondi
🥔 *For Stuffing:*
Boiled potatoes + boiled chana + chaat masala + salt
🍽️ *To Serve:*
Crack puri → add stuffing → pour pani → eat in one bite & enjoy the chatpata magic! 💥
