• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• Salt to taste

1. 🌾 Prepare the dough: Mix flour, salt, and water to knead a soft dough. Rest for 15–20 minutes.
2. 🥔 Make the filling: In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, green chili, ginger, cumin seeds, spices, and coriander.
