🥬 *Palak (Spinach) Paratha – Nutritious & Delicious*
🧺 *Ingredients:*
*For Dough:*
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup spinach (palak) – finely chopped or pureed
1 green chili (optional, finely chopped)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Water (as needed)
1 tsp oil (for kneading)
*For Cooking:*
Ghee or oil (as needed for roasting)
👩🍳 *Method:*
*1. Prepare Dough:*
In a bowl, add wheat flour, spinach, green chili, cumin seeds, and salt.
Mix well and knead into a soft dough using water as required. Add 1 tsp oil and knead again. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
*2. Roll the Paratha:*
Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll out each ball into a round paratha using a rolling pin and dry flour.
*3. Cook the Paratha:*
Heat a tawa or pan. Place one rolled paratha on it.
Cook for a minute, then flip. Apply a little ghee/oil and cook both sides until golden spots appear.
*4. Serve Hot:*
Enjoy with curd, pickle, or chutney!
