🥢 *Veg Manchurian Recipe – Indo-Chinese Delight*

📝 *Ingredients*
*For Manchurian Balls*
👉 1 cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
👉 ½ cup Grated Carrot
👉 ¼ cup Finely Chopped Capsicum
👉 2 tbsp Cornflour
👉 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
👉 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
👉 Salt to taste
👉 Oil for frying
*For Gravy*
👉 2 tbsp Oil
👉 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
👉 1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
👉 2-3 Green Chilies (slit)
👉 1 medium Onion (cubed)
👉 1 Capsicum (cubed)
👉 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
👉 1 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
👉 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
👉 1 tbsp Vinegar
👉 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
👉 1 tbsp Cornflour mixed in ½ cup water (slurry)
👉 Salt as required
👉 Spring Onion for garnish
👩🍳 *Instructions*
*Step 1:* In a mixing bowl, add cabbage, carrot, and capsicum. Mix with cornflour, maida, salt, and black pepper.
*Step 2:* Shape the mixture into small round balls.
*Step 3:* Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the balls on medium flame until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
*Step 4:* In another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté till fragrant.
*Step 5:* Add onion and capsicum cubes, stir-fry on high flame for 2 minutes.
*Step 6:* Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
*Step 7:* Pour in the prepared cornflour slurry and cook until the gravy thickens.
*Step 8:* Add the fried Manchurian balls, toss gently to coat with sauce.
*Step 9:* Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
