🛒 *Ingredients*
👉 1½ cups elbow macaroni (or any pasta)
👉 1 tbsp oil or butter
👉 1 tsp cumin seeds
👉 1 onion, finely chopped
👉 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
👉 ½ capsicum, finely chopped
👉 1 tomato, finely chopped
👉 ¼ tsp turmeric powder
👉 ½ tsp red chili powder
👉 ½ tsp garam masala
👉 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
👉 Salt to taste
👉 Fresh coriander for garnish
🔥 *Instructions*
1. Boil Pasta: Cook macaroni as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare Masala: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onion and green chili. Sauté till golden.
3. Add Veggies & Spices: Add capsicum and tomato. Cook till tomatoes turn soft. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
4. Combine & Finish: Add boiled macaroni and tomato ketchup. Mix well so the masala coats the pasta. Cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes.
5. Serve Hot: Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
