This Homemade Vegetable Soup is a warm, nutritious, and comforting dish packed with fresh vegetables and mild spices. It’s perfect for chilly evenings or as a light starter before meals.

🛒 *Ingredients* 
➡️ 1 cup chopped carrots
➡️ 1 cup chopped beans
➡️ ½ cup green peas
➡️ 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
➡️ 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
➡️ 2 cloves garlic (minced)
➡️ 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
➡️ 1 tsp black pepper powder
➡️ ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
➡️ 4 cups vegetable stock (or water)
➡️ 1 tsp cornflour (optional, for thickness)
➡️ Fresh coriander or parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 *Instructions* 
1️⃣ Heat butter or oil in a pot. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add carrots, beans, peas, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
3️⃣ Pour in vegetable stock or water, add salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Let it simmer on low flame for 10–12 minutes until vegetables are tender.
5️⃣ (Optional) Mix cornflour with a little water and add to the soup for a thicker texture.
6️⃣ Simmer for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
