I am in Guadalajara Mexico where thanks to a lot of IT jobs being available quite a large number of Indians have moved into town and with that comes the Indian gastronomy. There is a Indian man who recently opened up his restaurant and is also a subscriber of the channel and invited me to his home to try out his Indian food. His wife is Mexican and also helps out in the kitchen with the cooking. It was interesting since I believe both countries serve some of the best food in the world. What I found was the most authentic Indian food I have had in Guadalajara for sure and overall outside of India. If you guys never tried Indian food I highly recommend jags biryani because well, you’re getting the authentic Indian taste. Jags biryani delivers 100% and his Mexican wife helps out adding her touch to things. Hope you guys enjoy this food vlog.
